By using Aesthetic Machines Ireland you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. The service

We provide a listings and information platform for aesthetic equipment: machine information pages maintained by users (the wiki), user reviews, and classified advertisements. We are not a marketplace operator, escrow service, broker, or agent, and we are not a party to any transaction.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you post (wiki edits, reviews, ads, photos) and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and adapt it for operating and promoting the site. You must have the right to post everything you post. Wiki contributions may be edited or reverted by other users and administrators.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory content; no misleading listings or misrepresentation of equipment; no unverifiable medical claims; no listing of items other than aesthetic/clinic equipment; no scraping or misuse of other users’ contact details. Classified ads are screened automatically and may be reviewed, rejected, or removed at our discretion, with or without a stated reason.

5. No warranties and limitation of liability

The site and all content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss arising from use of the site, reliance on content, or transactions between users. See the full disclaimer. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

6. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. We may update them; continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms.
