What we collect

Account data (name, email, optional clinic name), content you post (reviews, wiki edits, ads, photos), and the contact details you choose to display on classified ads. Basic technical logs are kept for security and reliability.

How we use it

To operate the site: authenticating you, publishing content you submit, screening classified ads (ad text is processed by an automated AI moderation service before publication), and contacting you about your account. We do not sell personal data.

Contact details on ads are public

Phone numbers and email addresses you add to a classified ad are displayed publicly on that ad for its lifetime. Only include details you are happy to publish. You can delete an ad at any time from your account page.

Storage and processors

Data is stored with Supabase (hosted in the EU) and served via Netlify. Classified ad text is processed by Anthropic for automated moderation. Each processor acts under its own data-processing terms.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data. Deleting your account removes your profile, ads, and reviews; wiki revisions may be retained in anonymised form to preserve page history. Contact us to exercise any right.
